impulsively quitting my second job &venturing to portland resulted in getting a tattoo, hanging with the cutest qt, going to multiple strip clubs, showing my boobs to a group of people to join the ‘road dogs’ (i don’t think i got in), drinking way to much beer with jess and driving home way to late for an opening shift at work.

jeppe hein - objects in the mirror are closer than they appear (2007)“objects in the mirror are closer than they appear” shines behind a two-way mirror, merging the text with images of the visitors and the surrounding space. the text references the warning sometimes found on car side-view mirrors, alerting the viewer to the optical illusion of the altered field of view. the oversized scale of the phrase juxtaposed with the two-way mirror dares the viewer to take a closer look at what he or she sees, and to question the implications of the text in the apparent closeness of the reflected objects.

Oh my GOD.

Extreme dad jokes.

Good lord…
